Anti-Rotation at the Tower

Strengthen your core without using crunches or rotational movements at the Tower or Springboard. Many clients participate in sports or have jobs that require bending and twisting, which can put significant strain on the spine and core. When these muscles become fatigued or stiff, they may hinder our ability to perform at our best. Incorporating anti-rotational exercises into our class plans allows us to engage the obliques without rotating the spine. These exercises help build stability and strength by working to prevent rotation. This means your body can resist external forces that might attempt to rotate or move it in unsafe ways. Adding these exercises to our training programs can improve athletic performance while also protecting the lower back from injuries. Earn 2 Continuing Education Credits (CECs) for the NPCP.

Pilates Tower Workshop

Create balance in the body to create mobility & stability. Build a stronger powerhouse to move and feel better. Improve core strength and spinal health at the tower.  The Tower provides a more stable atmosphere compared to the Reformer or Chair, it allows us to easily change body positions from standing, sitting to being supine, prone and more. In this workshop, we will use the arm springs with handles, leg springs, and push-through bar. Earn 2 CECs for the NPCP.
