The Tower is a versatile space saving piece of Pilates apparatus inspired by the Trapeze Table, also known as the Cadillac.

    • Balanced Full Body Tower Workshop: We will utilize the Tower/ Springboard with the springs and push-through bar to promote full-body movement, ultimately leading to a balanced and powerful workout as we reinforce the planes of motion. 
    • Anti-Rotation Workshop: Explore working the transverse plane of motion without rotating the torso as we work through anti-rotational exercises at the Tower/Springboard. This workshop includes exercises with the Bosu Ball and Foam Roller plus a full class flow. 
    • Creativity at the Springboard: Ditch the mat as we explore ways to spark creativity in your sessions. This workshop includes the foam roller and the Reformer box at the Tower/Springboard.
