Meet Jessica, Your Pilates Trainer

My goal is to act as a guide and create an inclusive environment where everyone feels safe to explore movement. Giving peopleĀ permission to honor their bodies, whether that’s modifying a movement or increasing the challenge. I’m here to facilitate the class/training as a guide, providing the opportunity to deepen yourĀ Pilates practice. Continuously examining my teaching methods and finding new ones, embracing change to be of better service to the people I get to interact with.Ā 


Ā Jessica is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) and an authorized Continuing Education Course (CEC) provider for the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP). She began her Pilates training at Balanced Body in 2011 and has continued her education every year since then. In 2015, she transitioned fromĀ teacher toĀ general manager of multiple studios, and since 2016, she has also served as a Pilates educator.

Jessica'sĀ passion for Pilates started in the early 2000s with Mat Pilates DVDs created by Mari Windsor and Rael Isacowitz. In 2010, she experienced the Reformer while undergoing rehabilitation with a therapist specializing in Active Release Techniques and a chiropractor. Jessica is dedicated to her personal growth and to the advancement of her students. Her teaching style is dynamic, engaging, and informative, with an emphasis on the connection between body and mind. She strives to ensure that her students leave each session feeling empowered and uplifted.
