Are you balancing out the body in all of your classes? In this workshop, we will learn how to utilize the springboard for various body types to strengthen the core and mobilize the spine. Building a strong and mobile foundation to prevent or stop back pain! Creating balance in the body by working to find mobility and stability within the lumbopelvic region to create a strong powerhouse.

  • How to use the Tower to balance out the body
  • Learn a variety of exercises using the short arm springs, long leg springs, and the push-through bar to create a balanced flowing workout.
  • Reinforce the planes of motion through movement
